Please carefully read and follow the instructions below to ensure timely processing of your application and to avoid any discrepancies.

• Applications are reviewed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday) after submission.
• If your documents are approved, you will receive an email to proceed to the next stage.
• If your documents are not approved, you will be notified via email. Please also check your spam/junk folder.

Before submitting your application, please ensure you have the following:

• Updated CV (in .docx or .pdf format only)
• Valid Nursing License / RN Certificate / PIN (in .pdf or .jpg format)

Only applications with an updated CV matching the information provided in this form will be accepted. Your CV must:

• Be current and fully updated
• Clearly mention your current hospital and unit
• Include complete employment history with start and end dates (or “Current” if ongoing)

Screenshots of CVs are not accepted.

Please upload your valid, active RN license / PIN / Practicing Certificate in .pdf or .jpg format only. Ensure that:

• Both front and back sides are included
• Expiry date is clearly visible
• The license is from your current working country

• The fee covers application processing, documentation handling, and interview preparation guidance.
• If the candidate is not selected in the interview, they may proceed through the direct NYSED pathway. After passing the NCLEX-RN, sponsorship assistance may be provided subject to eligibility.

After Successful Selection

• The application will proceed for contract issuance.
• Applicable consultancy fees will be communicated and must be paid before signing the contract.

• Send your proof of payment (deposit slip, transaction screenshot, or Transaction ID / Reference Number) to our official contact number.
• Your application will proceed after payment is verified by our Finance Department.
• Once confirmed, our team will contact you regarding the next steps.
